| GENERAL RULES |

- Register a journal that pertains to the character's name.
- Have at least one icon uploaded to the journal of your PB. - Make sure your PB is within five years of their actual age and easily searchable. One face change is allowed. - Have a screened post containing a link to your bio or 10(+) detailed facts backdated. - Have a Friends Only post, also backdated and locked to friends. - If you choose, have your Tinder post backdated and linked to either your Friends Only or OOC screened post. - Applications must include at least two scenes and two narratives. We want to see your best work! - Please use appropriate Trigger Warnings and Cut Tags for sensitive material. - Please remember this community is not a PSL. We strongly encourage fostering interaction between characters outside of romantic or familial storylines. If we notice a trend in activity, you will receive one warning before removal. - Currently, our limitation for characters allowed by one writer is two. We may change this at a later date. You must notify us of your other character, failure to do so will result in removal of both. - Do not cross the IC/OOC line. We understand the idea of difficult characters, but remember to separate the character and the writer. - We operate on a one strike policy. One reprimand for failure to comply should be enough to correct behavior. We know that many of you have been around long enough to not need a set of rules, but we'd like to remind you that if a complaint is brought to the moderators it will be reviewed with a nonbiased, careful, and thorough assessment before a reprimand or removal are issued. It's not our intention to overload the game with strict adherences, but if we feel we need to add something else we will adjust these rules and make sure both active and future members are notified of policy change so that no one is affected punitively after the fact. - We greatly value diversity in this community. All ethnicities, religious alignments, occupations, lifestyles etc. Anything that you can come up with to make your character an outstanding individual is strongly encouraged, but keep in mind we are not a faux-celeb community. The city is your oyster and we'd love to see the mold of PB as of late be broken. We don't want to limit creative freedom here. Make the most of it. Above all else, have fun! |
| ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS |

- You must submit TWO entries per calendar month in order to meet activity requirements. Activity should be dropped off in the Members Only post or will not be counted. Please put your PB's name in the subject line.
- One entry must be a narrative or journal entry totaling 500+ words (see below for more on this). This post does not have to be interactive or open to comments. - One entry must be interactive. The majority of the comments must be replied to in order to count. ------------- - The narrative/journal entry may be replaced once every alternating month with either a scene of three or more replies or an effortful HTML post. - If you would prefer to split your 500+ word writing requirement between more than one post, you may do so. - If you were added after the 15th of the month, you are exempt from the activity check after your introduction is posted. Otherwise, we do not accept your intro other than confirmation that you are not DOA. - The Taken List is kept up to date with Activity Status. Please be sure to double check us once your activity is submitted to make sure your status is accurate. |
